When Prinsco chose Valdosta to build its ninth manufacturing plant, Gideon advised them on budgets for several different sites and properties.
Prinsco purchased an 80-acre site to build their 73,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to produce corrugated High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) pipe.
Prinsco contracted with Gideon to build the structure and site in a design-build format with a guaranteed maximum price and construction began in October 2023. The project is anticipated to be complete the 4th quarter of 2024.
